Effective immediately, a deposit for service is required. 

NO SHOWS 

Forfeit their deposit and their service will be charged at 50%. This is non-refundable, if not re-booked. If this is your 1st No show, you may re-schedule ONE time. If you No show again, the remainder of the service will be charged to your card on file.  

**This is done to protect our business from extreme loss and fraudulent bookings.  No shows for consults, will only be given ONE more opportunity to re-book.   

LATE 15 MIN 

Depending on how busy our schedule is, you may not be able to have your service this day and you will be charged 50% of the service. You will be asked to rebook. At which time you will owe the remainder of the service charge. **This is done to protect our business from extreme loss and appointments are sometimes tight.
